Independent by design.

Ashish Bokadia Founder & Chief Investment Officer

Bokadia Alpha Capital is an independent investment research firm. The firm studies high-quality businesses, structural growth themes, and special situations through a disciplined, valuation-led framework.

Mr. Bokadia approaches investing as an exercise in judgment, capital allocation, and risk management. His research process begins with primary company disclosures and a first-principles understanding of the business, its value chain, competitive position, and management incentives. He then evaluates capital efficiency, reinvestment potential, earnings predictability, and the expectations embedded in valuation.

Across both long-duration and opportunistic ideas, his discipline remains consistent: protect against permanent capital loss, distinguish business quality from market enthusiasm, demand an appropriate margin of safety, and allow evidence—not narratives—to shape conviction. His objective is not to predict every market move, but to make well-researched decisions where the balance between potential return and downside risk is favourable.

This website documents personal investment thinking. Bokadia Alpha Capital does not manage client money, solicit funds, or provide regulated investment advice.

One discipline.
Two distinct mandates.
